Buyer’s Guide
Before placing your order, please make sure your personalized order is complete and without errors. All orders are processed as they are received. We are not responsible for any incorrect colors, sizes, names, web addresses, e-mail addresses or words. There is no return for custom order once an order has been personalized, it can not be returned except for our errors in printing.

Computer files may be supplied as vector art saved in any of the following formats:

Paper Proof
All orders will be provided with a paper proof upon request at no additional charge.
Production Time
Production time will be approximately two weeks after approval of artwork.
Shipping
All products shipped FOB factory direct. Our normal method of shipping is Courier Ground or forwarder. Customer is responsible for alternative shipping methods. Drop shipping/blind label available.
Payment
All orders require payment in advance.
