 We do custom design heat transfer and custom printing on caps, neckties, pennants, mugs, plaques, key chains and etc. A minimum set-up charge of RM100 (USD38) will be applied for order less than RM2000 (USD760) in one single printing design.

Custom Heat transfer Lettering and Numbering
In addition to supply high quality heat transfer numbering and lettering, we also do custom numbering and lettering for all sports. We can also do according to your desire fonts, typefaces, sizes and colors as well.

The maximum number that can be used in the 2 color format is 17. Numbers can be produced in other sizes and transfer print colors if required

Before placing your order, please make sure your personalized order is complete and without errors. All orders are processed as they are received. We are not responsible for any incorrect colors, sizes, names, web addresses, e-mail addresses or words. There is no return for custom order once an order has been personalized, it can not be returned except for our errors in printing.

Artwork

Computer files may be supplied as vector art saved in any of the following formats:

• Illustrator (.ai)

• Photoshop (.psd)

• Corel Draw (.cdr)

All emailed art must include:

• PO# for reference

• Fax or email a composite or proof

Resolution:

• All artwork needs to be at 300dpi

• All documents must be 100% at this resolution

Heat Transfer Sports Numbering & Lettering

Numbering
Asia Winner offers high quality, durable heat transfer player numbers in a wide variety of colors and typeface. Numbers can be applied to the front, back, or both sides of team uniforms. We offer single color numbers with an outline.               

Two sizes of numbers are readily available: 9 1/2” (24.00cm),6” (15.30cm) and 4” (10.20cm) in the following colors:

Lettering
Asia Winner also offer high quality durable heat transfer player names in a wide variety of colors and typefaces. Players’ names are typically applied to the backs of team jerseys. We offer single color names as well as two color names with an outline.

Sports Number Rules of Thumb

Due to the fact that all team jerseys are not alike, the following are some general rules of thumb for team numbering.
If a name is used in conjunction with the number, the name 2" high and is positioned about 2" from the collar. If it is an arched name, the highest part of the arch would lay about 2" from the collar.

Baseball/Softball

The ideal number size for the front of a baseball jersey is 4" (left chest) and the back is 8" for an adult shirt and 2" and 6" respectively for youth.

Football

The ideal number size for the front of a football jersey is 8" and the back is 10" for an adult shirt and 6" and 8" respectively for youth. In addition, numbers are used on the sleeves usually 4" number, placed 2" from the top of the shoulder.

Soccer

In Soccer, the two most popular number styles worn are "soccer" and "shadow." We prefer to use the shadow design. For these styles 8" number is worn on the back (6" for youth) and a 4" number is sometimes worn on the shorts equidistant from the inner seam to the outer seam of the short.

Hockey/Lacrosse

The ideal number size for the front of a hockey jersey is 8" and the back is 10" for an adult shirt and 6" and 8" respectively for youth.

Basketball

For basketball jerseys, 8" numbers are most commonly used on the back and 6" on the front and 6" and 4" respectively for youth.

Jersey Names

Names are most often printed in a one-color film, 2" high, and heat transferred across the top back shoulders of the jersey.
